I get really excited when a potential client reaches out to me for a Boudoir Session. Boudoir is such an intimate experience where the body and the body's journey is to be celebrated. Boudoir is not just for a significant other but for the person behind the lens as well. Recently I had the pleasure of photographing Jade's boudoir session and I am so glad that she trusted me to capture this session. Jade is an amazing young woman with a heart of gold. Jade has refocused herself and dedicated her life to being more healthy and fit and with determination she lost over 70 pounds thus far! Congrats Jade! 

Here's a few health tips from Jade:

  1. Drink Lots of water
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
  3. Watch your food portions
